Hv Norton for 3 pc's but 2 are dead so cannot uninstall to load on new pc's

there is no way for me to uninstall from 2 of 3 pc's installed on bec they crashed & no longer function.  is there anyway for me to be able to download to 2 other pc's since i am only using on 1 now?
