I am having a problem with the Norton taskbar icon

When I click on it nothing happens.  All other icons work but Norton;

Norton Security Suite

Windows Vista

4 Gigs ram

Have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available? Then restart once more to help everything get updated correctly?
