I am trying to clear space in my Online Backup but cannot purge out any unwanted data.
My Online Backup account shows that I have 12Gb with 83% used; when adding up the backup sets on my 2 PCs, this comes to just over 4Gb.
When I log into my backup account it shows 3 devices; one of which I suspect is an old backup set that I would like to delete as I suspect this is where the unaccounted space is being used up.
On reading various support instructions for purging files, they say to access OLB, Click on 'File Actions' and then select 'Purge Files', however the 'Purge Files' option does not appear in my 'File Actions' options; Additionally, when I try to access the 'Device' that I wish to delete and try the 'Download a file' option it returns a page with a Large white X in a red box and the message "Something went wrong. Norton Online Backup is sorry something went wrong and will look at it right away."
How can I remove the unwanted 'Device' and purge files from the backup share?
