Download your Norton product purchased from a retail store

To install the Norton device security product that you purchased from a retail store or a third-party affiliated website, create a Norton account or add the purchased product to your existing account.

If you are from China, Korea or Japan, you need the product key for the purchased product to create an account. You can find the product key in the purchase confirmation email that you received.

If you already have a Norton subscription, you can install it on your device by signing in to your account. For more details, read Download and install your Norton device security.

ADD THE PURCHASED PRODUCT TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND INSTALL YOUR NORTON PRODUCT

During the setup process, you are offered to enroll to an automatically renewing subscription. For more details about automatically renewing subscriptions, read Learn more about your automatically renewing subscription.

  1. From your web browser, go to norton.com/enroll.

  2. Click Sign in.

    <p>Once the Norton installer is executed, your product is downloaded, installed, and activated automatically. Your device displays its current protection status and additional software can be installed from within your account.</p>

  • You purchase an automatically renewing subscription from our Norton online store.

  • You activate an automatically renewing subscription purchased from a retail store or a Norton-affiliated third party website.
