Andrew. Is the file saved and not open in MS Word or another editor?

I’m having the same program. It’s a Word document, saved, not open anywhere (except “open in Norton security.exe”) and I’m also Win10.

@Sandy_Watts @Andrew_Jenkins Both of you can boot Windows into “Safe Mode” and try deleting your files that are locked by Norton. Only a minimum set of drivers needed for Windows to function will be loaded. Please post back with your progress so we can follow-up.
