first came the blue screen of death with Realtek audio driver problem used a geek website trying to fix the driver problem it told me go to devise manager and uninstall the driver then i could not find a driver that i could get to download. got to desktop it started to blink got bad two days ago yesterday it uninstalled Norton 360. chrome and the pictures is the only thing i could get to open. could not get anything in chrome to work even though.it opened. i am going to try to redownload and install norton…

If you deleted the right driver, it should auto install itself again via windows update.
Did in many times. Usually a restart will fix. Did in a few times.

It will open to desk top but starts blinking often. Th chrom browser is the only thing that will open. No settings no Norton no nothing. The only thing that will open is driver update it will not work properly have no clue what to do. It will not connect to the Wi-Fi
