I can not install Norton

Dear all,

 

I bought yesterday the Norton™ AntiVirus Plus and I can not install it. A red box saying an error has occurred comes after downloading the installer and executing it. And from there i can do nothing, support is not answering and i tried 10 times so it is not working.

 

I have Windows 7.

Due that support chat is not working or answering please let me what can I do.

What non Norton security product did you have before purchasing Norton? You need to fully remove that using the removal utility for that software. Even a trial version needs to be removed.
