  • Does this error message occur when you are connected to Norton VPN?
  • If so, what protocol is configured? (Automatic, Wireguard, Mimic, or OpenVPN)
  • Which geographic area is applied? (Fastest location or a specific country)
  • Are ad tracking blocking or kill switch enabled?

Hi, is the BBVA app - Mexico. Then I don’t know if the issue is regard the last update from the app. And as you translated to English, that is better comprehension. As I explanied before the issue only happens when the Norton Web Secure is active. Here when is deactivated (Norton Web Secure), the app works without any issue.

I believe the English translation is Norton Safe Web feature. If you are not seeing this on any other app, I will escalate this issue.
