Issue abstract: I am a long term Norton subscription user. I purchased a new PC with full McAfee support so I thought I’d give them a chance. When I contact Norton chat with human I was told since it’s past 60 days from my renewal I am not eligible for a refund. I guess I was under the understanding I could cancel at any time. I was told I was right, I could cancel at any time but not eligible for refund. Ugghh!!! Deceptive marketing.
Hello @David_Soenen
Users may cancel automatic renewal…at any time.
Norton Community urges users that do not want automatic renewal to cancel recurring subscription service and also remove their payment profile.
