I can’t get an Unlock SMS Code on my Mobile Device for my Laptop. I follow the directions but there’s no List this device for desktop unlock in my settings. I’m using the Free Windows and Free Android Version.

norton password manager dont work whit you phone right now norton working whit a fix
but ther are work arounds but they dont work 100% i got norton clean to work whit windows 10 not windows 11 just chek all from norton is enabel in it and it might work
norton just send out a new update to the mobile
The update still doesn’t allow the Windows 10 computer Norton Password Extension to send the unlock text (SMS) to my phone even though I have the phone listed in the Extension.
it does still not work and norton nows it the bug is possible not fix fast it is not a easy bug but if i find out somthing i inform you

Did you get it working remove the phone in the web app and put it back that normal works but the are other tricks but that is the normal one you can also remove the app on phone ore the webapp that maybe also help but try remove the phone first
