Issue abstract: I have entered the passwords and when i visit sites the prompt ask to use the vault but the saved password doesn’t get retrieved. I must have missed a step so i looked at youtube which stated i had to do something woth chrome? I gave up because what they explained i didnt see.

has you download the norton password manager app to the browser you has and when you open it it say lock up ore what i is in english i got it in danish that is the bad translate and you just say use password and then you enter the password more you need to now
I deleted and redownloaded to start from scratch. I got to a part that concerned the browser and clicked to download however when I clicked it initially didn’t work then it took me to another download that I didn’t trust. It didn’t mention an Extention for Norton password.

Are you logged into the vault before you try to log into websites? You need to be first logged into your Norton Account from the Password Manager extension. Then you need to log into the vault.
