Norton keeps indicating that my computer is at risk. When I open Norton, it states that "Your PC needs to be scanned for viruses and spyware" and offers me a fix now button. I click that and it comes back that fix not complete and so I try to initiate a full scan and no scan button works (quick, full or custom). I am running Windows 8 and and I downloaded Norton from an existing subscription.
