I can't seem to do anything on my computer! Help

I personally don’t believe that the Norton

Security had been helping my laptop from

hacking or whatever it is going on with my

computer. I followed the instructions and and

everything there is it to know to stay on top

for the best choice which is the most expensive

one to get for the most protection for me

or my laptop and my phone . Guess what?

What a joke!!! I can’t even tell you how many

times I had to change my password in

An hour to fight with whoever was on the other

end. It was like a daily struggle on everything

and he or she probably had nothing better

to do but ruin people’s lives doing that.

I am trying to get on with my business but

it is almost impossible!! Do I need to get

another laptop and phone or what!!! HELP

Give me some suggestions please!!!

Do you run Norton 360 v25.10.10528?
You can’t seem to do anything on your computer…is recent?
Are you on that computer now?
Any pending Windows Updates?
Do you suspect malware infection is causal?
Are you able to run Norton LiveUpdate and Restart (not Shut down) computer.
Are you able run Norton full scan & Malwarebytes threat scan?

Are you able to clear browser cookies n’ cache?
Are you able to use the Disk Cleanup utility on Windows to remove system and temporary files.
Do you run browser sync?
Did you recently install any program / browser extension?
Did you recently allow browser push notifications?
Did you recently change browser site permissions?
Did you run Norton Full Scan?
Did you run Malwarebytes Scan?

What password are you having to change? Your Norton Account password or your Windows login password?
