You can’t seem to do anything on your computer…is recent?
Are you on that computer now?
Any pending Windows Updates?
Do you suspect malware infection is causal?
Are you able to run Norton LiveUpdate and Restart (not Shut down) computer.
Are you able run Norton full scan & Malwarebytes threat scan?
Are you able to clear browser cookies n’ cache?
Are you able to use the Disk Cleanup utility on Windows to remove system and temporary files.
Do you run browser sync?
Did you recently install any program / browser extension?
