Removing Norton 360 from my PC is harder than removing a virus. I uninstall it and it keeps popping back up. Is it impossible to believe that I have found the product to be a resource hog that slows my PC? I want it gone!!
has nothing to do with fast start up
if norton keeps appearing after you removed it than would seem that something didnt work in that process
did you use the rnr tool? or the unistall in control panel or option?
or how did you remove it?

Be sure you are using the Restart command. Not Shut down and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here. (credit peterweb)
