I'm a commercial artist and recently updated to Lion on my MacPro. Next thing I know, I'm getting some encripted message about "fd00:6587:52d7:417::1" attempting to access awacsd on my computer and asking if I want to allow it. Then it asks for a password. I looked high and low for a phone number to call Norton since I don't have time to wait for someone to answer my post in the forum. No luck. So, I called Apple, (yes, Apple takes phone calls!!!) The technical rep told me that Norton has not resloved the issues with Mac Lion and said he had no answer as to how to stop the Norton Pop-Ups. He did, however, tell me that Mac has a virus protection software that's free: INTEGO. So, I uninstalled Norton and am about to install INTEGO. Wish me luck! Bye-Bye, Norton.
