I have had Norton 360 and Life lock for decades, on auto-pay with Chase every month I just found not only an active unknown desktop on my account but all of my devices were inactive. Someone please explain this to me. Also how can I get a real person who speaks English as a first language to help me. I am 80 years , wer=ar two hearing aids and have been struggling for support for more than a week now!
