I have 360 yet I am getting a virus alert captharesolver.com

I keep getting an alert (outside of Norton) that I have a threat and it says captcharesolver.com. I ran full device scan, eraser, turned ob private VPN.. Cannot get an answer from Norton support when I try to chat with them. Any help is appreciated.
