I have added a new 1 y 3 dev linence key purchased from internet store, but it did not added time period to the existing subscription, how to fix this?


The licence key did not added to existed one, and now I do not know, how to fix this and how to switch subscription on application installed in Windows desktop computer and on my smartphone (Android).
Please for help.

As you see on the picture of my subscriptions, I added a new key, and it has been activated (valid to 17.03.2026)

Note: new Key starts new subscription term

I did as stated on norton web tutorial. I added the new key to the current account.
