I have just about had enough. I can not contact a human either by phone or chat. Both phone numbers are not connected or fall out. Can anyone help me contact a norton person to solve my problem. I keep getting McAfee advertising on my screen. Should I cancel my Norton account and join McAfee? I am in Australia. All I want to do is speak to a human and stop getting McAfee spam over my screen. I am in Australia. I have just wasted 2 hrs of my life trying to contact Norton.

Same thing happened to me in Nov 2025 and it cost me $25,000 in a scam purportedly by “Norton Security Team”. That happened after chat proved useless, as it always does, and Norton doesn’t provide even an emergency phone number to call, so I searched the internet for any number and what I got was a “Norton website” with a number. $25,000 later, after writing and registering a letter to Norton, not a peep. Do NOT recommend Norton to anyone for whom you care. They’ve proven they don’t care. Routine performance and collection of fees is all they care about.
