I have the same problem with Symantec Service Framework error, closes, etc.

Hello.  This is my first post, and I am about to lose my mind.  I recently installed NIS 2009, and every single day since I have spent hours in the online tech chat because I get the same message, Symantec Service Framework has encountered an error and needs to close.  Then, like everyone else, I cannot reopen it and my Outlook email locks with errors.  I have to restart, and hope I can get something done before it closes again.  I have XP SP3, I have reinstalled all the dot net framework, had NIS installed and reinstalled so many times by the technicians I have lost count.  I am going to try and insert the messages I receive.  I wasn't able to copy and paste them from MS Paint, but here is the information:

Is there any help for this, because once it closes I have no internet protection.  In order to verify my email address for this board I had to restart and hurry to Outlook.  Thanks for your time.  Cindy
