I get daily emails from Norton that our sons computer has had its Norton browser extension disabled. Yet - when I take a look at the PC, I see that the extension is enabled.
This is very frustrating.

We noticed that Norton Family browser extensions are not enabled on few of the supported browsers and hence you are receiving this alert/E-mail.
Please make sure to enable the Norton Family extensions on all the profiles of your browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox). Also close all instances of the browsers in Task Manager and restart it again.
