I made a terrible mistake: can I go back?

This morning I downloaded and installed Norton Family Premiere to monitor the Macs my kids use. I knew almost immediately this was a bad idea when I could not log into my account because of endless error messages from the website, but I persevered and after reloading about 80 times I managed to log in long enough to set up one of the laptops. But it was then I discovered that while Norton Family for mac is compatible with 10.8, it really isn't. It doesn't handle Chrome (which is what all the teens use today), and it is apparently incompatible with Safari 6.0, which is what comes with 10.8. So the basic functions for which most of us want to purchase this service--monitoring our kids Internet activity--doesn't actually work.

Alright. Deep breath. I wasted my Sunday on this, which I can't get back. But how do I go about requesting a cancelation and refund of my subscription?
