I have an old computer I installed Norton 360 on. Can find my product key printout. I now have a new computer and the trial has run out and I want to use my existing product key. When I access my account it says there are no product keys associated with my email. I have tried to lauch Live chat and the button won't work. Is it Monday????
Is there not anyway to find my product key in My Norton 360 on my old computer without involving Norton servers???
You can find the product key in your old computer itself. Open My Documents and under My Documents you can find a file that says Norton 360 Product key. In that file you can find the key for the Norton 360. You can use the same key on the new computer and activate the same.
None of the latest versions of Norton 360, Norton Internet Security and Norton AntiVirus are compatible with Windows 95. Kindly try to contact Support using the following link:
It might be present but that is not to say you are protected!
Norton will refund your money within 60 days of purchase so I'd go for that and see if there is anything that works under WIN 95 ... I heard recently of something that works under Windows 98 so I can ask if no-one here has a suggestion.
If you are using windows XP you can find the product key in your old computer itself. Open My Documents and under My Documents you can find a file that says Norton 360 Product key. In that file you can find the key for the Norton 360. You can use the same key on the new computer and activate the same.
I have searched the entire computer for any txt file or various types. there is no file listing the Product key. Is it possible to get a refund so I may purchase another copy? If so, could you email me the procedure? All I have is my credit card statement for a receipt.
