I opened case xxxxxxxx about a week ago. When will tech support call?

Case xxxxxxxx has not been touched in several days. I still cannot use airplay from mac book to apple tv to mirror desktop when the firewall->vulnerabilities is enabled. I have to disable it to get AirPlay to work. I check the logs to see what is being blocked, but the logs are empty. How can I show what is being blocked so I can write a signature to ignore/allow it?
