I bought Norton 260 Std today, because it was supposed to be able to be installed on my phone and tablet as well. that’s the ONLY reason I chose Norton. but everytime I try to install on my iphone, i get a message that “there are no remaining licenses for this subscription”. Chat support is useless (Kate - AI) and i have gone in circles about 10 times now, trying to either chat with a real person, or get a phone number. I get blank screens, or just keep going into a new chat session with useless “Kate”. Can anybody here help? i even asked for the refund that was promised if you were not satisfied… that just put me into another crazy loop with “Kate”. I found a 1-866 number but when it was answered, I was asked for a code that was at the bottom the web page ??? when i couldnt provide this, i was cut off. WTF???
does anyone have a phone number that will actually get through to Norton? or even a chat with a real person? or failing that, how do I ask for a refund? I don’t want Norton 360 anymore if I can’t install on my phone with the license I bought, as it was promised that I could.
