Issue abstract:
whenever I try to view details (by clicking on the view details button) for a scan, A new window opens with the details, but it renders everything so tiny that it is not usable.
In addition there is no way to go back to the main Norton window. I have to close the details window and then reopen the application.

Julie. You are one version behind with your Norton install.. Iām not sure whether getting the latest release will correct your issue, its well worth running live update manually, reboot and recheck to see what if any difference it gives.
Latest Norton release: 26.3.10886 (build 26.3.10886.973)

I just ran live update and it shows a different build number. My scan results are still the same (small and unreadable)

After a reboot I now have the newest build: 26.3.10886 (build 26.3.10886.979)
When looking at scans, the details button for smart scan has been replaced by a start button (so apparently you only get one attempt to view details) 
I ran smart scan and when it finished it opened the same results window that renders everything tiny and at the left edge of the window.
