So today i was playing games with my friends and suddenly i check if my bitterness 360 24/7 protection was on but nortron wasn’t even open but when i checked windows security it said that everything is ok and when ever i tried to open nortron 360 it just auto matically closes after a few seconds can someone tell me what happening or help me smt

Open how? Was the tray icon gone or was it also gone in Task Manager?
Did you already try to run a short scan? What did you do before you were gaming (downloaded any new files, any weird websites visited,…)?
Yesterday I experienced something similar: Norton kept crashing (window always closed after a short amount of time) and the tray icon kept disappearing but there were still multiple processes active in Task Manager.
Please check Event Manager, the “faulting application name”, “faulty module” and “exception code” would be interesting.
Checking Task Manager to see if Norton is shown as a running process indicate whether the background protection is still be active.
