--have tried the registering drivers route suggested in earlier threads
--do NOT quite understand the disk manager suggestions: could anyone make these more clear???
I am very disappointed in this product, I ahve used many Symantec products for years, but I have truly wasted many hours here trying to back up and it is getting to be not worth my while to waste any more time.
Is there any clear fix available?
