This isn’t working it asking me some questions that I am not find the answers from my Invoice. I do not need this product anymore. I didn’t notice that it would renew. also Norton 360 Premium $154.99 plus tax $168.00 isn’t the price I paid the first time I bought the product. I originally bought basic Norton $59 because I didn’t think I needed it. NOW, $159.00, feel very very robbed AND feel sending me in circles so I would give up AND not get my refund. I want to uninstall the program. PLEASE RETURN MY FUNDS.

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription nor payment information.
If you use Norton to renew your subscription then it will be very expensive. The best thing to do is buy Norton 360 from Amazon which is very cheap and add that key to your Norton account. Then contact Norton to transfer subscription from the recently purchased Norton 360 to your old Norton 360. Voila, your Norton product will continue to work!!
I am not going to subscribe annually because it is a fraud, Norton no longer has customer service personnel, he does not answer and it takes 20 minutes with a guy who ended up hanging up on me. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase of antivirus for Mac.
