i was charged $64 and i have no subscription

Ive been trying for the last THREE DAYS to get some type of help from these people about why i was charged $64 FOR A SUBSCRIPTION THAT I NEVER PURCHASED! I did the free trial last year August 16, 2023 and was never charged but now a whole YEAR LATER i am being charged on my 84 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHERS CARD and am getting no help with trying to fix this. we have called the credit card company to dispute that charge but they said to call someone from the company to find out how to cancel my subscription that i DONT HAVE! i see other people have had this same issue and because of this is WILL NOT EVER be using norton as an antivirus EVER again. It should not be this hard to contact a company that is taking my money with out asking if id like to renew. sending an email saying if id like to renew my subscription. AND even if i did have a subscription norton wouldve emailed me saying something about theyre so happy ive chosed there whatever whatever plan BUT THE ONLY EMAIL I HAVE IS FOR EMAIL VERIFICATION! THIS IS SICK THIS IS TWISTED AND I AM DISAPPOINTED!
