iAntivirus "Unable to activate Protect my Mac" message

How can I fix this? I have been unable to find any information on how to "activate Protect my Mac" feature.

After a little research, this is apparently a feature of the older iAntivirus (not the MacApp store version released recently).  It may be that you need to run this version in 32 bit mode; see the discussion here:
