I didn't really notice this until I opened Norton on my other computer, but the Norton I have on my laptop seems to be missing some of its icons - it's just looking strange. It hasn't always been like this, I just never noticed when it happened.
It's also missing the areas you click on when you want to do a scan or whatever, though it can perform any of its tasks fine.
It's still doing its job, but it raises a bit of a worry to me that something might be wrong.
We will have to wait until your pictures are approved before we can see them.
Can you tell us what version of N360 you are using? You can find that by clicking Support > About.
You may be best to export your ID Safe data to a safe location. The Norton Remove & Reinstall Tool will uninstall your copy of N360 and install a fresh copy of the latest version. If you give it a go, remember to run Live Update, rebooting where required, until no more updates are available.
Please click on Support > Get Support and let the program scan and let us know if it fixes anything or what the results are.
Just in case, it might be helpful to know your operating system (XP/Vista/Win 7 and the SP number) also which browseer you are using and if in fact you have tried to see if the graphics are there in another browser.
Have you checked to see if you are in the compatibility mode? Do this after you have confirmed with a couple of browsers that your graphics card is working correctly. Might also want to check to see if the drivers are current.
