Hello folks - been away for awhile. It's good to be back!
I have been trying to setup my Charter Account in the ID Safe (NIS 2012), but it won't work. I'm thinking there may be two reasons. First, the Charter address a .asp address apparently making it work more like a form than a login. Second, the login requires a third field - for the zip code. Is there a way to get this to work? In my previous life, when setting up this account, the program I used, would go into a form type mode, allowing entry of more than the usual user and password. I seem to recall having this account set up under a previous version of NIS too, but I'm not certain of that. Interestingly, as a self-test, I checked my email using the Charter account (vs. my usual Outlook). Charter switches you over to thier Chater.com site for this. I entered my user formation and the ID Safe set up normally..
I would apprecaite any help or comments Thanks in advanace.
Thanks for your response. I'm using NIS 2012 (19.1.13.) that I downloaded yesterday. I ran across this problem while setting up the program. I tried your suggestion, but nothing happens - with the ID Safe or the web site. The URL is:

Have the same thing also. When using 2011 it would fill in the User and Password fields and I would manually fill in the Zip Code, but with 2012 doesn't fill in anything.
I too, am having this issue. When I first installed NIS 2012, I didn't have a problem with Identity Safe auto-filling and loging me in. Now it seems after the recent update it has stopped.
