MSDW rewrote their Clientserv software a few months ago, and there evidently was an update recently. Result, when you try to access it from ID Safe, you cannot log in. The login screen erases your password and tells you that your credentials are wrong. The only way you can log in is to do it without ID Safe running. The tech support person told me to write my client ID and password down, and log in before starting Norton 360 by typing the information in character-by-character. And it doesn't matter which browser you are using.
