On certain websites for example The Hartford Insurance the Identity Safe does not offer to add and save the login information. Is this a common issue for certain websites and how could I have these website added so that the next time I log in on those websites Identify Safe will automatically fill the login information. I already created over 18 logins without a problem.
Any solutions?

There are some sites that have login systems that Identity Safe either cannot recognize or will be unable to use. Some of the things that will prevent Identity Safe from working at a site are explained in this post:

Since Identity safe does not offer you to save the login details for this site, u can manually add this site
1. Open the manage logins window
2. Click on the 'New Login' button
3. Copy paste the URL from the browser Eg. http://www.example.com/welcome/login.htm
4. Enter the username
5. Enter the password and save
6. Check if the URL is added to the toolbar and clicking on the same would fill in the user name and password.
