I installed Norton 360 on my new laptop, which has Windows 8, on 9/4/13. I am unable to log into the identity vault on the computer. At first it showed a message saying the login was incorrect. After an hour and a half online with a tech, upgrading to the new version and running live update, now when I attempt to log in, after typing my email address, the window just sits there spinning. The tech informed me that I needed a case manager and none was available. They never contacted me the following day as scheduled. I attempted again yesterday; after an hour and 15 minutes, I disconnected. I am able to log into my account and view my safe. Not sure what else to do but I am seriously considering buying a different security suite even though I have over 100 days left on my subscription.
