I have this saved in my mobile contact app for Norton does anyone know which department the following email address belongs to if any?

That looks like the address that error logs are submitted to from within the 360 mobile app. The logs are the only thing that will be read from that address. If you try to send anything else, it will just be deleted/ignored.

I thank you. I shall mark that appropriately and save it in contacts. It took me 10 minutes to arrive here via the email Visit Topic. I also have a hard time logging in here or Norton.com. A white screen appears in a new window, then a bunch of yellow dots, then back to the white screen forever. Has this been happening to you lately?
