I had a problem.. Vault WAS open earlier. NOW CLOSED. I go to open it. It usually does NOT come up with my Norton Userid shown, and I just have to type in my Identity Safe password. It wants me to Sign-in with my Norton Account Id and Password. I try.. Apparently I have Forgotten it, since I rely on Identity Safe to Remember my Passwords... I click on Forgotten Password. Wait.. Wait... Wait....... 15mins....... Notice something though... In the Identity Safe window, it Shows my Userid in Yellow as my account name... BUT, STILL waiting for me to enter a Norton Account password. I got the RESET message and changed my Norton Account Password. Tried it.. Nope.. Again... Nope.. Again... Hey!! It Worked.. Guess there was a delay in the change.
Now, I see that it is waiting for my Identity Safe Password. Entered.. Vault is Open...
WHY is the Internet Security FORGETTING my Sign-in???
My computer was Up and Running, overnight (backup), and working this morning. When I noticed the problem, I ran Liveupdates. Same. Re-booted. Same.
My "Check for New Version" shows I am Up-To-Date. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR A WHILE!!! NOT All the time. Has SOMEONE GOT A FIX YET???
Running on an XP Sp3 (YES Still XP!) with plenty of memory and storage space. Using Firefox (that keeps getting Upgraded and Upgraded).....
