Identity safe & Auto login problem

I am running Win7 Professional and Office 2010 Prof with Norton 360 premier  v4

I had problems and had to reset my Identity Safe. Now my logins fill in automatically although I have not set up new credentials. I set up a new credential and cleared the auto login, but I still get auto logged in. It seems to be picking up credentials from an old Identity safe profile which I cannot see.

Is there any way to remove the old profile?

Thanks for any help,

Hi,

you can delete IS data this way:

1. Open 360 main window

2. Click on Settings -> Administrative Settings

3. Find Norton product's Tamper Protection, and turn it off -> until next restart

4. Open Task Manager (right click on the taskbar), go to the Processes tab

5. Click on the View all users' processes button

6. Terminate both ccsvchst.exe

7. Go to the C:\ProgramData\Norton\{various_numbers}\N360_4.2.0.12\IdentitySafeDataStore\ folder, and delete the folder in it (it has a name like this: S-1-5-21-4132684626-2603645856-2397066674-1001).

8. Reboot

9. Open 360 main window

10. Reconfigure your IS profile

Worked like a charm.

Thanks so much
