When I try to log into Chase via the identity safe app on my iPad it tells me the browser is out of date. I confirmed no updates are pending. Please assist.
@paris1 Kindly let us know the website and device detail. We would try to look in to this and give a possible solution soon.Also please write a new post to handle this issue,other than that i believe the browser is up to date and its functioning.Thank you for reporting.
In fact the issue of this thread has been resolved. The issue here is the browser being reported as out of date.
What you are referring to is a problem with the login. Please start a new thread for this.
Actually, this is not resolved, it just looks different now. The identity safe takes you to the Chase log-in and fills in the user name and password, but then the log-in window changes and says "Please tell us your username, password and token code." I have no idea what a "token code" is and therefore cannot get into my account.

I did not suggest a bad review, although that is your prerogative. I was suggesting navigating to that sight using the ID Safe browser, and following my directions to report the site directly to Norton. That will go directly to the team that should be able to fix problems with specific sites.
I'm having the same issue. Neither Chase nor Norton will cop to the problem. Any progress from anyone here? I put a bad review on the Norton feedback site as suggested above, but I don't hold out much hope for that!
This has been reported in the past. I cannot find it now.
What you might reporting the site from within the ID Safe browser. Navigate to the problem web login page. Click on the 3 bars at the top right of the browser screen. Then click on Report Site. Give the details about the message you get.
