Identity Safe does not handle Windows Live login

When I attempt to login to Windows Live at 'http://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&rpsnv=11&ct=1259173196&rver=5.5.4177.0&wp=MBI&wreply=http:%2F%2Fhome.live.com%2Fdefault.aspx&lc=1033&id=000000' (final id changed to 0s) I proceed as follows:

  1. I select my id by clicking on a link.
  2. This brings up a textbox for my password and a button labled 'Sign in' to click after I enter it.

Identity safe does not offer to save the password nor when there is a Windows Live Login-in saved does it attempt to fill in the text box.

I searched the forum for a solution but did not find one.

BTW, I am a senior citizen and many of us have problems with reCAPTCHA verification, I hear complaints at a volunteer help desk I occasionally man to help fellow seniors with their computer problems.

Hi WCMCP,

Can you try the below steps.

1.Log into your identity safe and open the Windows live website
2.Click on "Forget me" link.
3.The user name and password textbox will be displayed.
4.Enter the username and password and uncheck the "Remember me on this computer option".
5.click on sign-in and IDD will prompt you to save the logins.

Please let me know for any queries.

Thanks
Brinda
