Identity Safe does not sync to mobile

I installed ID Safe and N360 on Samsung Tab 3 (Android). The valut opened correctly and appeared to have all my passwords and other data. I then changed some passwords on my PC. They did not appear on the Tablet the next time I logged into the valut there. I called support and they said to wait 24-48 hrs and try again. Did that - no cure. I called support again and they advised I go to this forum. They gave me a ref # 15330334 to quote. Help would be appreciated.
