Identity Safe is not working/available with my firefox v24 browser.

Problem: Norton Toolbar/ Identity Safe does not install on Fire Fox Browser. Things I have done to resolve issue: ran Live update several times, reset FF, uninstalled FF, had Norton CS LogMeIn, etc. currently running NIS v21.0.2.1 and using FF v24
