Identity Safe isn't automatically entering saved username and passwords?

Using Windows 7

 

While logged in to Identity Safe it's failing to automatically enter saved username and passwords for several log in pages such as Yahoo Mail and Facebook???   It was working fine and I haven't changed any settings in Identity Safe but I did have some software updates from Microsoft.......and somehow Google Chrome was downloaded too.   The amazing part is, Identity Safe is working perfectly in Google Chrome but I don't use Google Chrome (I'm not particularly fond of it).....I use Internet Explorer with the Google search toolbar and Yahoo search Toolbar.

I've checked and rechecked the settings and can't figure out why it's not working as it should.    I'm completely lost on this one. so does anyone have any ideas or suggestions to repair this one????

I have the full version of 360 V6

 

 I'm using IE 9 for 64 bit Windows 7.

 

Auto fill isn't working for all pages.

 

Norton toolbar does not show up for some reason.  I also just found in the Norton Community posts about the Norton toolbar not showing for Windows 7 64 bit with IE 9   below is the thread for this

The post you mention clearly states and self explainatory that at present Norton Toolbar, hence in turn Identity Safe is at present not supported in "IE9 64-bit for Windows 7 64-bit". Instead you can use/run "IE9 32-bit for Windows 7 64-bit" where at present Norton Toolbar, hence in turn Identity Safe is at present supported.

Norton Toolbar is not compatible with 64 bit IE version and we support only 32bit IE browser. Please make sure you are running 32bit IE from here( c:\Program Files(X86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe )
