Identity Safe issues in Windows 8.1

I've just bought a windows 8.1 laptop which came with a free 60-day trial of NIS (version 20.4.0.40). I then imported my logins and ids, and card details, that I had saved on my Windows 7 computer (same version of NIS but with local vault instead of the cloud-based vault that came with the Windows 8.1 machine),

When I go to edit my logins on the Windows 8.1 machine I now find that, instead of them all being in alphabetical order (and not in any folders) so that I could find any particular one very easily, they have now been distributed amongst various folders (Advertising, Art, Business, General, etc), which makes it more difficult for me to find any particular login quickly.

Does anyone know how can I get back to them all being in a single alphabetically ordered list please? (I suppose I could move each one separately into another folder, but that will take some time). Why have Norton done this - do they think they know better than the user which folders (if any) their logins should be in?

Also, does anyone know if it's possible to change the vault from being cloud-based to local? I consider the cloud-based option to be much riskier, security-wise, than the local one as it is vulnerable to someone someday hacking into it and extracting all my login passwords, credit card details, etc (and probably everyone else's!). Yes, I know the data is probably encrypted but I'm sure there are some very clever hackers with nothing better to do who will be trying to break it (and will probably succed one day). By contrast, this risk is extremely small for a locally held vault.

Many thanks.
