Identity Safe log in data mismatch

I have a particular site that I log into that has a 2 factor login and a password:.

  1. ID Field
  2. User name field
  3. Password field.

I let identity safe save the data for this the web address on the first use. When I come back to the web address after logout to log back in, the data from item 2 the user name field is in both the id field and the user name field. The password field date is correct.

 

Is there some way of configuring identity safe to save data from the id field as well as the user name field? Is this a limitation of Identity safe? Is this a problem with the WEB site that I am login into? I am using NIS 2011 and IE8. I have the same result with Firefox 3.6.13. I am also using Windows 7 but have seen the same results on XP with SP3.

 

Ideas or suggestions are most welcome as well as any workarounds, etc.
