Identity Safe logins lost after full scan

I run Windows 7 and use Norton 360 Premier Edition, Version 6.2.1.5.  Today I updated my Identity Safe logins because I recently changed email addresses.  I ran a custom scan of Drive C.  I created Cards for the first time with my credit card information.  Then  I checked Norton online to see if there was news of the malware that's supposed to happen tomorrow.  I then ran a full scan - which evidently included a lot more activity than just a scan, such as a backup, a tune-up, and other steps I didn't expect.  The next time I attempted to log into Norton's Identity Safe, my password was no longer valid and all my logins were gone.  What did I do?  Where are they now?  Can they be restored?
