Using Norton 360 Premeir v. 21.2.0.38 and IE11 v. 11.0.9600.17041 (32-bit) and Chrome v. 34.0.1847.131 m
On the Bank of America web site Identity Safe will not automatically save the credentials on either browser. I tested IS on other sites and it seems to work fine. I manually created a log in for BoA and it will auto load the credentials.
I used Live Update on Norton 360 and have the latest versions of both browsers. Any ideas? Oh, and, yes, Identity safe is fully "enabled" in Chrome with "Always" for Save my credentials when I log in to a website.
It's been my observation of late that many websites fail such NTB functions due to the currently poor NTB-2-Browser interfacing method Norton has chosen to implement for their Chrome "no 3rd party toolbars" workaround...
Do you get the same "non-result" using one of the other NTB supported browsers (either FireFox or Internet Explorer)?

Sounds like it does not function properly in IE11 s well.
Thanks for the suggestion; I'll definitely use that in the future if I have problems. The problem, however, has seemed to fix itself--sort of. I cleaned out the temp files, cookies, etc., then shut it down and went to bed. During the night, the nano-fairies must have stopped in and worked their magic. Next day, everything seems fine. /shrugs
