Identity Safe on Android asks to create a new vault

I have been running Norton Identity Safe on my Samsung Galaxy S5, 2 Windows 7 PC's and the web interface for about 2 months. Last weekend the application stopped working on one of the PC's saying that my password was incorrect.  Norton Technical Support had me re-install the application on the PC which then allowed me to access my vault again.  Once the PC problem was resolved the mobile app on the S5 indicated that I needed to create a new vault ... Norton Technical Support said they were having problems with the synchronization and to wait for it to be resolved after the weekend.  I waited, but when the situation still wasn't resolved I finally created a new vault via the S5, but it wiped out all the data in the web interface and the PC's requiring a restore from a backup.  Once the data was back in the PC's and web interface (they seem to synchronize fine) the S5 App still indicated that I need to create a new vault. Norton Technical support then had me re-install the app on the PC, then on the S5 ... again the same result ... the S5 asking for to create a new vault.  They had me clear the cache on the S5 and re-install the app again the same result asking to create a new vault. They then had me re-install the app once again with no resolution to the issue.  I was then transferred to Norton Mobile Technical support and waited on hold for about 30 minutes before the line was picked up and then disconnected.  I have tried entering an invalid password into the S5 when logging in, but it does indicate that the password is invalid showing that I am accessing the correct account. Rather frustrated right now especially since the level of debugging from technical support seems to be re-install the application and reboot the phone.
