I continue to receive a server error when I attempt to access the Identity Safe vault thru the recently installed mobile app on my Android tablet. I have Norton Security, including Identity Safe, installed on my laptop. Help!
Sorry for the delayed response & for the inconvenience we have created.
We had an intermittent server issue,which we resolved on high priority.
I hope the issue is fixed now.

I have been using the Norton Identity Safe on my Android mobile for some years, normally without any problems. It is set to be the default browser and I normally log in by inputting a 4 digit passcode.
I have experienced some problems in the past when, after inputting the passcode I have been told that my session was out of time and that I needed to log on using my e mail address and password. Up until today this has re-instated my Norton session.
Today, when I was told that my session was out of time and that I needed to log on in full I was then taken to the passcode screen following which I was then told that my session was out of time. This loop continued until I was told that I had used up the number of attempts and that I should ask for a password re-set to be sent.
The password reset was sent but I could not log in as Norton was locked into the log on loop.
Please advise how to get out of this problem.

Thanks everyone for the patience shown on us.The fix is happening on a phased manner,good to hear that few who reported already is not seeing the issue again.Expected to completely fix this issue in few days from now.

Issue still exists (Nexus 5): Signing in... Checking vault... "Session expired. Please Sign Into your Norton account."

My Identity Safe had been working till last night on my Samsung Edge S7. Last night I attempted to log in. I used my Identity Safe password the Vault opened for a few seconds and then I got this message "Session Expired Please sign in to your account" I have done this multiple times and keep getting the same response. Also I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no success. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated

I cleared both the app data and cache, restarted, problem still exists.
The app cache and app data are in the Android Settings. Not the Norton app settings.
The app works on most devices that run the Android OS.
What tablet are you using and what version of the Android OS?
Could it be that the app is designed for phones and not tablets?
When I go into the app, there is no option for clearing the cache and app data.
Try going into Android Settings - Apps and look for Norton Identity Safe. Then clear the app cache and app data, then restart the tablet. Now test again.
I have never been able to access my vault on my tablet after downloading the app. I even Uninstaller and reinstalled the app.
